This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16075 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.1442 of 2022 dated 03.04.2023

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court to comply with the condition imposed in the order dated 03.04.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.16075 of in Crl.RC.No.1442 of 2022 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that no further time will be granted for complying with the said condition.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
