ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.08.2014 vide complaint No.1353/2014 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on the complaint dated 26.08.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
conducted and the same was closed as early as on 12.11.2014. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
