O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case under Sections 383, 384, 120(B), 431, 447, 420 and 506 of IPC and Section 3(1) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act 1984 (Central Act 3 of 1984) and under Section 3 (iii) of the Tamilnadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 (Act.No.59/1992) based upon the complaint given by the complainant on 29.10.2015.

In the petition, it is stated that one Jeyachandran had criminally obstructed the 40 feet road by raising a concrete wall, with an intention to grab the property and thereby, preventing the petitioner and others to reach their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

houses. Hence the petitioner lodged a complaint to the respondent police. But, till date, no action was taken. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint, CSR No.108 of 2015 has been assigned by the respondent police.

4. Since CSR number has been assigned on the complaint given by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.108 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
