O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with a grievance that after expiry of the leave period, he was not permitted to join duty by Tamilnadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as TASMAC). The petitioner submitted a representation on 01.12.2014 requesting the respondent to permit him to join duty forthwith. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC on instructions submitted that the petitioner is a deserter and as such, action was not taken pursuant to the representation.

3. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.12.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 01.12.2014 along with a copy of this order so as enable the respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as possible.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
