Though respondents were served with the notice in petitions to bring on record the proposed respondents as LR's, to set aside the abatement and to condone the delay of 14 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement, they have not entered appearance. The said applications are allowed today.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is allowed.
