ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent-Police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.09.2015.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it has been stated by the petitioner that the petitioner along with one Mano is running a partnership firm under the name and style of Sri Venkateswara Plastic Company. While so, due some dispute between them, on 22.09.2015 at about 8.00 pm, when the petitioner was in the company, the said Mano along with ten henchmen came to the company under the influence of alcohol and attacked the petitioner and took away the electrical fitting pipes from the company worth about Rs.1 lakh. They also threatened the petitioner and took the ATM card of the petitioner and withdrew money to the tune of Rs.20,000/- from the petitioner's account. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent-Police and the same was received in C.S.R.No.870 of 2015. Since no further action was taken by the respondent-Police, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-police.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. 5.Considering the submissions made on either side and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court passes the following order:- The respondent-Police is direct to hold an enquiry on the complaint dated 23.09.2105 given by the petitioner and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the respondentPolice for the enquiry. If materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent-police is directed to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
