ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file the final report within the stipulated time in Crime No.62/2025 on the file of second respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the complaint shows that there was a business transaction between the petitioner/defacto complainant and the accused. The only allegation to made out the criminal offence is when the petitioner approached the accused for non payment of consideration, the accused threatened him with dire consequences.

4. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to conduct investigation as to whether there was only a money dispute between the parties or whether the accused had really threatened the petitioner with dire consequences and file the final report as early as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
