The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer the above appeal against the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by the 25th Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.4806 of 2020.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
