ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition passed by this Court on 03.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13570 of 2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is affected with COVID and he would not be able to appear before the respondent till the quarantine period is over. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
