Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition No.(d), " that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" that has been imposed by this Hon'ble Court on 14.08.2020 in the bail application in Crl.OP.No.11614 of 2020 in Crime No.683 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11614 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11614 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
