O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District, dated 25.09.2015 in C.M.P.No.4224 of 2015 in C.M.P.No.2459 of 2015.

2. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 05.03.2015. While granting bail to the petitioner on 24.6.2015 in C.M.P.No.2459 of 2015, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition for relaxation of the said condition in C.M.P.No.4224 of 2015 before the trial Court. The trial court modified the said condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of seven weeks. The petitioner complied with the said condition for six weeks. Now, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has come forward with the present petition for setting aside the order of the trial court.

3. The trial court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of seven weeks. As the petitioner has already complied the condition for six weeks and the petitioner has to comply with the condition for only one week, I am not inclined to set aside the order of the trial court and this petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
