Heard.
2. This Appeal Suit is filed to set aside the judgment and decree 13.09.2019 rendered in O.S.No.4768 of 2014 on the file of the XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
3. Both learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents are present. Mr.Ashwin Sabanayagam, the 1st respondent appeared through Video Conferencing and Mr.Rajendran Sabanayagam, the 2nd respondent appeared in person before this Court. A Memorandum of Compromise, dated 13.11.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel, has been filed. The learned counsel for the respondents also filed an acknowledgement copy of Demand Draft dated 12.11.2025 bearing No. 001646 600240095 999990 16 in HDFC Bank for 2/4
paying a sum of Rs.16,96,149/- to the appellant as per the Memorandum of Compromise.
4.In view of the compromise memo filed, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled out of court. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
