The learned counsel for the petitioner even though sought for different prayer challenging the order passed in I.A.No.330 of 2018 in O.S.No.1152 of 2010 dated 04.02.2020 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore would restrict his relief to the extent of seeking disposal of the suit at an early date.

Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is given to the III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1152 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
