Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition (b) imposed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) by way of Demand Draft to the Credit of Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram in its order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11398 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition (b) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11398 of 2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) by way of Demand Draft to the credit of Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is earning very meager income and he finds it difficult to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the deposit amount from Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram, on or before 27.6.2022.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
