This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.252 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 31.08.2020 itself.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
