O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original petition is filed to modify the order dated 24.06.2020 and permit the petitioner to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the police officer who intends to arrest imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Thiruvallur made in OLB.P.No.944 of 2020 by an order dated 24.06.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur was granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in OLB.P.No.944 of 2020, dated 24.06.2020 with a direction to the petitioner to execute a bond for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court Principal Sessions Court, Thiruvallur and further directed the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the legal Service Authority,Thiruvallur. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for 2/4
the petitioner the order in OLB.P.No.944 of 2020, dated 24.06.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 24.06.2020 in OLB.P.No.944 of 2020 shall remains unaltered.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
