ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.08.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, she was issued C.S.R No.685 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 19.09.2020.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
