The present writ petition is for a direction upon the Slum Clearance Board to issue an order for regularization of the Bunk allotted to the petitioner.
2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board submits that an alternate site has been provided to the petitioner for running a Bunk Shop. He has further submitted that he has taken possession of the Bunk Shop and is running his business there.

3.In view of the statement given by the learned Senior Counsel, nothing survives in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
