O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 16.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14385 of 2020 directed the Trial Court to deliver the judgment as expeditiously as possible within a period of one month. Since the Court below is not able to complete the trial within a time fixed by this court, the learned III Addl. District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai sent a request seeking for extension of short time. Hence, she has sought some more time to complete the trial.

2. Considering the request made by the learned III Addl. District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, time granted by this Court is extended till 30.04.2021.
