Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition Imposed on the petitioner shall report before respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4363 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4242 of 2022 dated 01.04.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4363 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4242 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
