Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2014 and 02.07.2014 for making necessary corrections in the petitioner's Employment Registration Records, by entering his community as SC-Hindu-Adi-Dravida for consideration his name for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher based on the marks obtained in TNTET Exam 2013 in Paper-I, under the said category, within a reasonable time.
