ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to upload the entire documents relating to the vehicles involved in the accident dated 05.07.2020. In pursuant to the FIR registered in Crime No. 213 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 188, 279 & 338 of IPC on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner met with an accident on 05.07.2020 and lodged a complaint by one Gambeeran who was a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pillion rider of the petitioner's vehicle. Due to the said accident the petitioner sustained fracture and also other multiple grievous injuries all over the body. On receipt of the complaint the respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.213 of 2020 for the offence under Section 188, 279 & 338 of IPC as against the offender's vehicle. The FIR has been registered on 05.07.2020 but till then the respondent did not upload the documents which were collected from the petitioner as well as the offender's vehicle till today. Therefore, he sought for direction to upload the entire documents in the website. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that now all the documents are collected from the offender's vehicle and they are ready to upload the documents within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to upload the documents of the petitioner as well as the all related documents, FIR registered in Crime No. 213 of 2015 on the file of the respondent within period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
