This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 10.06.2016 and to file charge sheet.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.06.2016 has been closed by the 2nd respondent temporarily, on the ground that the petitioner's husband is in Canada.
4. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint as and when she comes to know that her husband is coming to India and on such complaint being given, the 2nd respondent is directed to enquire the same and take action in accordance with law.
