24.8.2013, 19.9.2013, 10.5.2014, 20.5.2014 and 29.6.2015 and consequently direct the other respondents through the respondents 1 and 2 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated at S.F.No.186, Trichirappalli District, Trichy Taluk, Thiruvarambur Circle, Ayyampettai Guntur Village, measuring 1 Acre 40 cents.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the property situated at S.F.No.186, Trichirappalli District, Trichy Taluk, Thiruvarambur Circle, Ayyampettai Guntur Village, measuring 1 Acre 40 cents. The petitioner has made several representations to respondents. As against one of the representations, the 3rd respondent has directed the 4th respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Despite the same, no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner.

2. Taking into consideration of the communication sent by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A.6/13868/2014 dated 18./7.2014 to the 4th respondent, a direction is hereby issued to the 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While doing so, the said respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, if any. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
