ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents-Police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.06.2013 and to investigate the case and file the final report before the appropriate Court, within the reasonable time.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was given in the year 2013 and on receipt of the complaint, an enquiry was conducted and subsequently, the complaint was closed by the respondentsPolice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since the complaint of the petitioner has already been closed by the respondents-Police, at this stage, this Court cannot give any direction as sought for by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered to be closed.
