2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent, who raise no serious objection for allowing this petition. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since no serious objection was raised by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent, this petition is ordered.
