O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.3056 of 2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. The defacto complaint has lodged a complaint as against these petitioners, who are husband, mother-in-law and brotherin-law for alleged offences under Sections 323, 307 IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been registered in Crime No.3056 of 2015 and the case is still under investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that this petition is premature in nature and hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the first information report. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
