2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator submitted that she has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned Deputy Official Liquidator and having been satisfied with the reasons averred in the affidavit filed in support of these applications. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the Company Applications are allowed.
