Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner has not filed any wound certificate to substantiate his case that he sustained injury due to attack made by Prabu, against whom, he wants to register the crime. It also appears that the petitioner advanced Rs.19,50,000/- to the said Prabu, but, the said person has not returned the amount. forum. As no criminal offence is made out, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
