The writ petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner for the property situated at Flat No.15, I-Block, Ramakrishnapuram Tilak Street, T.Nagar, Chennai17. 2.When the matter is called, there was no representation for the petitioner.
