ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The relief sought for in the present petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce before this Court, the detenue Minor Sneha, D/o Kumar, aged about 16 years from the illegal custody of 3rd respondent and handover the minor girl to the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted before this Court that pursuant to the order passed by the Special Court, the detenue was sent to Government Home, Tiruvannamalai, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition to take custody of his minor girl Sneha, aged about 16 years.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tiruvannamalai for appropriate orders. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To
