(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) This petition has been filed to implead themselves as respondents 5 to 16 in W.P.No.36440 of 2023.

2. Mr.K.S.Jeyaganeshan, Senior Panel Counsel takes notice for respondents 1 to 3, Mr.R.Rajeshkumar takes notice for respondents 5 to 18 and Mr.Karthick Rajan takes notice for respondents 19 and 20, who have no objection to the petition being allowed.
3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners herein shall be impleaded as respondents 20 to 31 in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Writ Petition and list W.P.No.36440 of 2023 and W.M.P.No.36453 of 2023, along with W.P.Nos.28516, 23987 and 23445 of 2025 on 25.08.2025.
