(CRIME NO.2/AC/2022 CCII) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the investigating officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of investigation and filing final report in Crl.MP.No.5178/2022 in Crl.OP.No.7435/2022 dated 20.04.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5178 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.7435 of 2022 on 20.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of investigation and filing final report.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
