ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register FIR against the named persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 01.11.2015. 2.In the petition it is stated that the petitioner owns a patta land measuring an extent of 1.24 acres at Thazhavedu Village Hamlet at Thumbikulam Village, Tiruthani Taluk, Tiruvallur District. It is further stated that when the petitioner was ploughing his land using his own tractor, his brother came with deadly weapons and attacked him. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police, but no action was taken. Hence, this petition.

3.Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the counter petitioner and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner has given a letter dated 29.11.2015 stating that he will work out his remedy before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Civil Court and based on the said letter, now the complaint has been closed.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already the complaint is closed, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
