Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2014 for the offences u/s.294(b), 506(i), 406, Sec.4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003 of IPC in C.No.5376/COP/Visitors/2014 and expedite the investigation within the stipulated time.

ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2014 for the offences u/s.294(b), 506(i), 406, Sec.4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003 of IPC in C.No.5376/COP/Visitors/2014 and expedite the investigation within the stipulated time.
2.Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the course of enquiry, the petitioner has stated that he will work out his remedy by approaching the Court and based on the said statement, now the complaint has been closed. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already the complaint is closed, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
