Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent vide proceedings No. 58698/E2/2017 dated Nil.10.2017 signed on 24.10.2017 and the subsequent impugned order of the 1st respondent in confirming the orders of the 2nd respondent vide Proceeding No. 46856/HB1/2017 dated 05.05.2018 and to quash the same and 1/4

further to direct the 2nd respondent to consider afresh the request for the transfer of ownership of the driving school licence of Bharani Driving School from the name of the 3rd respondent to the name of the petitioner.
