This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the appeal against the judgment passed in C.C.No.1 of 2020 dated 27.10.2023 on the file of the Special Court for the cases under prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 95 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
