This Revision is filed, challenging the Judgement of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge Tiruvallur, confirming the Judgement of conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Ambattur.

2.The complainant is the sole respondent and he died on 05.10.2019. The wife of the complainant has filed this petition to implead herself as the respondent and to conduct this revision for the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3.In view of the above, this impleading petition is allowed.
