ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.03.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is brought to my notice by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 23.06.2014.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
