Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to to call for the records of the first respondent dated 19.01.2015 in CONFL No.24 of 2015 (Complaint No.152 of 2013) and quash the same consequently direct the first respondent to initiate proceedings against the second respondent.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) After making submissions on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal before the Bar Council of India.

2. Considering the said submission, we permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal before the Bar Council of India.
