Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in its proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4807/15/F1 dated 17.08.2015 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the respondent to grant building approval on the petitioner's application dated 20.08.2015 in respect of the petitioner's property bearing Door No.37, V Street, Kamarajar Nagar, Avadi, Chennai 600 071. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his application dated 20th August 2015 before the respondent and has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
