O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a complaint before the respondent/police on 05.07.2021 and the second respondent police issued C.S.R.No.437 of 2021 on 12.07.2021, however, the second respondent police has not inclined to register F.I.R against the named persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.07.2021, petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed on 13.07.2021, since both the parties have agreed to settle the matter amicably. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not entered into any compromise and also not ready to settle the matter, but, one of the persons in the Police Department manipulates the records and closed the complaint.

5.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to register the complaint tomorrow itself i.e. on 20.07.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
