This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file a final report in Crime No.219 of 2022 dated 27.02.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 302 and 506(2) of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Muthuvel learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.219 of 2022 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and the same is yet to be numbered.
