Private notice sent to the second respondent has been returned with an endorsement "No such person" as also the notice issued to the third respondent.

2. The appellant is directed to take fresh notice to respondents 2 and 3, returnable by 06.11.2023. Private notice is also permitted.

3. Post the matter on 06.11.2023. Interim injuction already granted by this Court is extended till then.
