These petitions are filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant, and to bring on record the proposed petitioners/appellants 2 to 9 as legal representatives of deceased sole appellant.

2. On perusal of records, it is seen that the counsel on record for sole appellant Mr.R.Balasubramanian had filed the above petitions on 09.04.2016 itself, but the same were not listed before this court. However, the counsel on record died in the month of September 2021. Now, Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants had filed change of vakalat and filed petitions seeking the same relief.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, as the present counsel on record had filed fresh petitions seeking the same relief, nothing survives for further adjudication in the above petitions. Hence, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
