ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 30.12.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.35847 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been strictly complying with the said condition for more than 95 days without any default.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.OP.No.35847 of 2025, dated 30.12.2025, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for investigation.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 21-04-2026 Jeni
