ORDER

Heard Mr.J.Antony Jesus, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2014 for grant of patta in his name in respect of the property in Survey No.92, Aladi Village, Vriddhachalam Taluk to the extent of 4 cents. Since no order has been passed till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2014, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to all the persons who are likely to be aggrieved and pass orders on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
