ORDER

Heard Ms.R.Divyapreathika, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

2. This revision petition is filed seeking a direction to early disposal of a suit in O.S.No.207 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Hosur within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.207 of 2020 seeking for declaration of title and permanent injunction. In the said suit, the petitioners being the defendants 1 to 3 have filed their written statement on 01.02.2021 and other defendants said to have adopted the written statement filed by the petitioners herein. Learned counsel further submitted that the pleadings in the case stated to have been completed and the matter is posted for framing issues. The petitioners have filed proceedings sheet in O.S.No.207 of 2020, wherein it shows that the matter is posted for framing issues on 03.06.2023. Page No.2/4

Considering the nature of the suit and also other grounds set forth by the petitioners, this civil revision petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Hosur to dispose of O.S.No.207 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
