It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that second petitioner-Subramani has given complaint against Velu and Rajenderan and one Murali Mohan, filed I.P.No.5 of 2014, on the file of the Sub Court, Vellore District. First petitioner is the brother of said Murali Mohan, and second and third petitioners are the parents of the first petitioner and Morali Mohan, who filed Insolvency Petition and therefore, in connection with enquiry, the petitioners were called for.
