ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the court below to recall the non bailable warrant issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.15189 of 2014.

2. The petitioner has been ranked as A4 before the court below and non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner on 18.06.2015. Till date, the warrant has not been executed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not aware about the progress of the case and he came to know about the issuance of non bailable warrant only after change in counsel, who is appearing before the court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the court below during every date of hearing, without fail and co-operate for the completion of the proceedings.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a petition to recall the non bailable warrant before the court below and the court below shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders.

6. The learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.15189 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
